Quality Assessment

Quality assessment is the process of checking to see if the product or service is satisfying customer requirements.

When performing QA, our task is not only to evaluate translation performed by other translator or company but we should always be ready to defend and explain our opinion in more detail when the translator objects to the reviewer’s evaluation. Therefore, it is especially important for the reviewer not to mix a true error with a personal preference.
